The House exists before capital.
The matter is entrusted to the House. Capital and execution are placed in service of continuity. The order expressed by these sentences is the constitutional posture of the whole institution.

Reality teaches. The House listens. Stewardship responds. Continuity is renewed.
The sequence is not a slogan. It is a discipline. Every matter is examined as it actually is before it is acted upon; every action is answerable to the reality it addresses.

A place, an enterprise, or a body of work is more than what it holds. It is what it has carried across generations of use. Continuity is preserved when the meaning of the matter, not merely its form, is passed to the next steward.

Survival is not continuity.
An institution may survive by shrinking, hardening, and forgetting what it was for. Living continuity requires renewal — that what is carried forward remains alive to the reality it now serves.

The boundaries of the House.
The House does not replace the lawyer, the auditor, the banker, the trustee, or the family. It coordinates them around a single continuity plan and holds the point of reference.

When the next residence becomes due before the previous one has passed.
The difficulty in moving between residences is often not a lack of wealth. It is that property, liquidity, recurring income and time do not move together. A transition prepared too late can convert a temporary mismatch into a forced decision. A family does not arrive when the keys are delivered.
A new residence may be legally acquired and physically complete while the family's life around it remains fragmented. Schools, registrations, banking relationships, insurance, advisers, household systems and the practical use of the residence must still be brought into place. Arrival is therefore not a date.
