Private Correspondence

Not every residence should enter a public market before its circumstances have been understood.

From time to time, DGF Private Office issues private institutional correspondence concerning residences approaching transition, renewal, transfer or a new chapter. Correspondence is sent selectively and by relevance.

Correspondence is maintained with owners, families, lawyers, notaries, banks and trusted advisers.

It is not a newsletter and carries no promotion. It records what the House has observed, what it is presently considering, and where a matter may deserve attention before decisions are taken.

Correspondence concerning Italy is prepared for that setting. Nothing confidential is circulated.
