DGF Private Office is a service identity of DGF & Co Capital Services GmbH, a limited liability company registered in Berlin (HRB 219323 B). Accepted mandates are entered into by DGF & Co Capital Services GmbH, as identified in the engagement letter and legal notice.

DGF Private Office may consider selected residence matters connected with Italy, Germany and Denmark. Where an accepted mandate requires local capability, the House identifies and coordinates appropriately qualified local professionals. Florence, the Gendarmenmarkt and Amalienborg provide the visual atmosphere for the respective markets; they do not constitute or imply permanent offices.
Cross-border elements are coordinated where an accepted mandate requires them. Meetings are arranged privately and by appointment. The selected market does not by itself represent a permanent office, branch or regulated establishment in that jurisdiction.
