DGF Private Office does not maintain a public inventory of residences, mandates or private opportunities. Nor does admission to one matter create visibility into another.
The principal relationship is established first. The purpose, scope, relevant parties and professional responsibilities are then defined. Only afterwards is information introduced to a bank, lawyer, notary, valuer, surveyor, appointed agent, prospective counterparty or other recipient whose role requires it.
Each recipient receives only the material appropriate to the responsibility for which that recipient has been approved. Access may be limited, recorded, time-bound and withdrawn when no longer required.
Selective disclosure is not a marketing device. It protects the residence, the principal, the appointed professionals and the integrity of the entrusted process.
Access to one mandate never constitutes access to the House's other matters.
