The Private Salon
A protected environment, entered by mandate.
The Private Salon is available only after an interested party has requested further information and completed the qualification process.
Once admitted, an approved recipient is invited into a mandate-specific Reading Room containing the material they have been authorised to review.
No general catalogue lies behind this entrance. Each Reading Room belongs to one accepted mandate and contains only the material that the recipient has been authorised to review.
Depending on the mandate and the recipient's role, this may include the institutional film, approved photographs, plans, evidence schedules, professional reports, transaction information and other authorised material concerning the residence.
Admission is not a reward, membership status or expression of social standing. It arises from a defined role in an entrusted matter.
Admission is a matter of relationship, not of membership. The House records who has been received.
A note on admission
Access to the Private Salon is granted individually following introduction and qualification. Approved recipients receive a secure invitation directly from the House. There is no public admission, and access is limited to the mandate and material for which the recipient has been approved.
Admission may include confirmation of identity, relevance to the mandate, purchasing capacity, funding readiness and the intended timetable. Sensitive financial material is requested only after qualification and through an appropriately protected channel.
Within the Reading Room
The Edition follows the recipient's authority.
A DGF Edition placed within the Private Salon is not a public publication. Each recipient receives only the Edition, version and supporting material authorised for their role in the mandate.
An Edition may be corrected, superseded or withdrawn as the matter develops. Access to one Edition creates no entitlement to another mandate, another recipient category or additional residence material.
